What you'll do

• Actively contribute to the global Knauf IT transformation by supporting Salesforce platform processes, including release management and sales data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Process Owners, Product Managers, and Solution Architects (m/f/d), to manage QA processes across Salesforce and integrated platforms
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, supporting various test phases (Sprint tests, SIT, UAT, Smoke Tests) and managing regression tests for Salesforce and integrated environments
• Establish robust defect management processes, ensuring effective collaboration with developers and external vendors across time zones
• Support test automation efforts using tools like Tricentis Tosca, while enhancing test coverage and reporting progress to stakeholders regularly

Who you are

• You hold a university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a comparable field, with several years of experience in quality assurance, focusing on Salesforce platform testing and architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ)
• Demonstrate expertise in test automation using tools like Tricentis Tosca, API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI), and performance testing tools, along with proficiency in test management tools such as Xray or Qtest
• Skilled in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (German proficiency and relevant certifications are a plus)
• Open to occasional travel to KNAUF sites across all continents
