What tasks can you expect with us?

• Stakeholder management (across the entire organizational hierarchy up to C-level)
• Identifying, analyzing, and proactively resolving conflict between stakeholders, teams, and departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Managing projects from initiation to completion, including taking ultimate responsibility for project success
• Definition of scope and work breakdown structure
• Planning of projects and milestones
• Creation of a project plan
• Assignment of tasks
• Project monitoring and control
• Change management
• Risk and problem management
• Project estimates and delivery forecasts
• Dependency management
• Collection of metrics and reporting
• Compliance with all internal rules of flatexDEGIRO Bank AG

What do we want from you?

• Completed university degree with a focus on economics or banking, or completed (banking) commercial training with relevant professional experience
• At least 3-5 years of successful experience in IT project management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and solve problems
• Previous experience in banking or FinTech industry, as well as experience with complex IT architecture, infrastructure, or support transformation projects is a strong advantage
• Experience in Program Management, as well as Conflict Management, is an advantage
• Previous experience with project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, MS Project
• Full SDLC exposure and previous experience with agile methodology
• PSM, PSPO, PMP, or similar certification as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Owner is a plus
