Job Description:

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a:

IT PROJEKT EMPLOYEE/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (M/F/D)

for our organisational unit Data Processing (AI) at PROBAT SE, Emmerich am Rhein (HQ).

YOUR TASKS

• Set-up of server and workstation systems including the related software
• Support for IT hotline, including analysis and solution finding concerning hardware and software problems by phone, remotely, and on-site
• Support for maintenance, care, and further development of the IT infrastructure
• Support and documentation of IT projects within the PROBAT group of companies
• Support during the development of IT solutions and the further development of IT processes together with the specialist departments and external service providers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
• Professional experience supporting IT system landscapes, including in the implementation of IT projects
• Experience with the Microsoft product portfolio (client and server operating systems, Office, Exchange, SharePoint) as well as network knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills, open manner, and enjoyment of direct user and customer contact
• Team spirit, service, and customer orientation
• Structured and thorough way of working
