Overview**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Project Manager to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Essential Job Duties- Serve as Task Lead to ensure effective theater-wide management of this technical area.
- Facilitate flow of information from the PM to geographically dispersed Task technical implementation personnel and ensure Task implementation issues / challenges are communicated to the PM for resolution / awareness.
- Manage and mentor subordinates.
- Plan, initiate, and manage complex information technology (IT) projects to support program objectives, ensuring alignment with mission partner requirements.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff across multiple projects.
- Architect project stages and assess strategic business implications.
- Direct all aspects of IT project execution, including managing schedules, cost estimates, recommendations, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop, manage, and maintain critical IT project work products (e.g., project charters, WBS, project plans), ensuring alignment with program management documentation.
- Oversee project progress tracking and reporting and lead the implementation of migration and transition plans.
- May support IT requirements management processes.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
- An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 802: CCE or CCISO or CCSP or CISA or CISM or CISSP or DAWAI PM Advanced or FITSP-A or FITSP-M or GFACT or GSLC.
- PMP Certified.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
- Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
Work Environment- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- The primary place of performance will be at Wiesbaden, Germany.
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
