Scalable Capital, a leading fintech platform, seeks a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives from concept to deployment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align projects with banking regulations and data privacy standards.

We expect several years in project management within banking/fintech, plus certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/CSM. Jira, Asana or MS Project experience is essential, and international relocation support is available.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from initial concept and scoping through to successful deployment and post-launch review.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, system architects, QA testers, and financial analysts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve potential risks or roadblocks.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all IT initiatives strictly comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of proven project management experience, specifically within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure deployments.
• Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
