Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement.
• Fließend in Englisch, Deutsch oder eine andere europäische Sprache von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung in der Architektur und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen.

Aufgaben

• Leitung und Management der gesamten Projektlifecycles für IT-Infrastrukturservices.
• Effektive Kommunikation zwischen technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for infrastructure services and security management, ensuring adherence to project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Understanding the key relationships between (operational) IT services/ processes and (technical) IT systems in the area of infrastructure (datacentre and cloud) and security services,in order to be able to influence project content.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
• Deliver effective communication with the IT and business teams and partners involved, by referring to identified project risks and agreed actions, issues, and decisions.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report project progress, budget adherence, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring the quality of delivered IT infrastructure and security services through regular review, lessons learned analysis and process optimisation
  
  
  

Your tasks

Your profile

• University degree in computer science, information technology, a related discipline or a technical subject with additional business qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management specifically with IT infrastructure services or security management projects.
• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward project success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in projects relating to the architecture design, development, implementation, integration, testing and deployment of IT infrastructure and security solutions, ideally for insurance or financial services organisations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. Agile methods are welcome as well.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and the ability to move confidently in an international environment (German or any other European language skills are optional).
