Main Tasks
- Defines, documents, and conducts IT projects or sub-projects, managing the IT team, actively participating in all phases from initiation to closing.
- Holds full responsibility for the project, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Plans and monitors the project budget and resources.
- Escalates issues in case of deviations.
- Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project.
- Ensures maintenance of realistic project plans (including quality, risk, and communication plans), tracks activities against the schedule, and communicates regularly and accurately to stakeholders, using appropriate methods (agile, waterfall, etc.).
- Manages change control procedures and ensures project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, schedule, and resource constraints, with formal sign-off.
- Provides effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate actions when performance deviates from agreed tolerances.

- Languages: Fluent business English (verbal and written), business German; additional languages are a plus.
