The position is project-based, thus temporary and will only be valid until December 31, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Integration, documentation, and continuous improvement of a new ERP system, including strategic revision of all affected business processes, creation and implementation of a training concept for key users
• IT service management (ITIL), process modeling, automation (Power Automate/Logic Apps)
• Enterprise architecture management, cloud or local AI systems, IP-based networks, modern workplace, license management, M365

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking with a deep understanding of operational contexts
• Experience in designing sustainable and measurable change processes
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
