What you'll do
  • Be a driving force in the global KNAUF IT transformation by driving the development, roll-out, upgrades, and optimization of complex CPQ solutions
  • Take the lead in project planning, set-up, testing, and go-live while managing budgets, milestones, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective change management and the adoption of new solutions
  • As a functional leader, you coordinate IT business analysts, application consultants, developers, testers, key users, and vendors to ensure successful project execution
  • Continuously improve project management processes and explore innovative technologies to enhance Salesforce CRM solutions and drive organizational efficiency


Who you are
  • You hold a degree in Information Technology or Business Administration with several years of experience leading complex IT projects focused on CPQ or quoting solutions in multinational industrial organizations (inhouse or external)
  • In-depth knowledge of (Salesforce) CPQ processes and market-leading B2B solutions, as well as expertise in process and project management tools and methods (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
  • Experienced in managing complex, highly integrated processes and IT solutions, with target group-oriented communication skills
  • A collaborative and goal-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, a balance of "can-do" mentality and entrepreneurial thinking, complemented by strong communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent in English (German or additional languages are a plus) and open to regular international KNAUF sites
