Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead the execution and delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial and marketing technology Waterfall/Hybrid projects.

Your mission as a Project Manager (m/f/d)

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management across Salesforce, CPQ, E-commerce platforms, CMS, CRM systems like HubSpot, and marketing data tools like Cognism and Lead Forensics. This role requires someone who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, BS IT, and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with commercial goals.

What else will you be doing as a Project Manager (m/f/d)

Own the end-to-end project management lifecycle for initiatives such as Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization, development and deployment of the Salesforce Customer Portal, launching and integrating a new E-commerce platform, and more. Preferred experience in the tech stack below:

• Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) implementation and optimization
• Development and deployment of the Salesforce Customer Portal
• Launch and integration of a new E-commerce platform
• Go Autonomous and digital self-service initiatives via the Customer Portal
• Winning Proposal framework within Salesforce CPQ
• CMS migration from Drupal to Sitecore
• Implementation of Cognism and Lead Forensics for lead generation and tracking
• Oversight of marketing data cleanup, jointly owned with Commercial and supported by internal stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, IT, and finance teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and platform partners to drive project milestones and resolve issues.

Planning & Reporting

Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, RACI matrices, and status reports. Track KPIs and project outcomes, providing regular updates to leadership. Budget tracking and resource forecasting.

Governance & Quality

Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with business owners. Ensure governance best practices, change control, and documentation are adhered to. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Must-Have:
• 5+ years’ experience in project management in a commercial or digital transformation environment
• Certification and experience in Waterfall and Hybrid
• Proven delivery of Salesforce-related projects including CPQ and Customer Portal
• Experience with E-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, SAP Commerce Cloud, etc.)
• Experience implementing or managing CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing tools (Cognism, Lead Forensics)
• Strong understanding of CMS migration projects, ideally Drupal to Sitecore
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or Scrum Master)
• Fluency in German and English

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP integration
• Previous experience working in B2B services, hygiene, or manufacturing sectors
• Experience with data governance and data clean-up strategies
• Experience in managing cross-regional projects (especially across Europe)
• Strong communicator and influencer at all levels
• Structured, proactive, and able to multitask across various workstreams
• Results-driven and resilient in the face of complexity
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of strategic objectives
