Übersicht

Under general direction, this position will be responsible for leading the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of key IT projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The IT Project Manager plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees multiple IT projects to meet defined IT and business requirements. This role requires close collaboration with IT team members, project sponsors, and stakeholders, guiding efforts towards achieving project objectives.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Identify IT project goals and priorities with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop effective project plans with clear objectives and deliverables, and communicate these plans.
• Establish and communicate project activities and priorities.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple locations with different system integration needs.
• Conduct business process mapping workshops and define system requirements with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the key liaison between business units, IT, and software vendors.
• Oversee the digitization of physical, analog, or unconnected assets.
• Collaborate with management to set target dates and allocate resources.
• Align project efforts with department and organizational strategies and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to project success.
• Manage project resources and budgets to meet objectives.
• Coordinate external resources supporting project goals.
• Provide overall project status updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifikationen

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or business; MBA preferred.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

- Deep knowledge of ERP business processes.

- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, SAP Concur, and Replicon is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of direct IT or project management experience.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to articulate issues, build consensus, and define next steps.

- Team-oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, and customer-focused.

- Fluent in English; German is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

- Responsible, flexible, and capable of interfacing successfully with all management levels.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
