• As an IT project manager, you will develop comprehensive project plans, define relevant milestones for major cross-divisional projects and continuously monitor the progress of the project. You proactively take measures to minimize risks and solve problems. You will also define appropriate project governance structures and be responsible for coordination and implementation, including staffing.

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained several years of experience in project management of complex, cross-functional projects and in the Project Management Office (ideally in multi-project management)
• You have proven that you can effectively manage both internal and external project partners. Ideally, you are familiar with the processes of a utility company and business IT. You also have sound experience in escalation and de-escalation management.
• Your personality is characterized by an independent, decisive and highly responsible and reliable way of working.
• As a real team player, you have active communication skills that you also use in a demanding work environment, including in English if required. You also have the ability to motivate and harmonize the needs of different stakeholders.
• You are also familiar with the relevant tools, such as MS Project.
