1. Excellent knowledge of German language (C1 - Advanced) and fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate);
2. Previous experience in managing complex IT projects;
3. Proven expertise in project budget management, with the ability to plan, monitor, and control expenses to ensure the project is within the established budget;
4. Experience in software development or delivery organization, working with Agile teams;
5. Good organizational and methodological skills;
6. Natural disposition to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
