What you'll do

• Drive global IT initiatives by planning and executing comprehensive projects that align with operational objectives and involve stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
• Manage integrated IT landscapes by overseeing the seamless integration of new systems and technologies, reducing disruptions, and optimizing efficiency for internal end users.
• Align technology strategies and operational goals with Knauf IT leadership to develop IT roadmaps that balance short-term demands with long-term transformation goals, consistent with other strategic IT programs.
• Monitor and supervise program delivery by mentoring teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and with high quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks in technology implementations and vendor support, ensuring solutions are robust and future-proof.

Who you are

• You have extensive experience leading large-scale IT programs and transformations, with a relevant university degree (certification is a plus).
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders, including C-Level executives, and negotiating with vendors and partners.
• You pay attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader program goals, ensuring all parts contribute to overall success.
• You thrive in dynamic environments, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and seeking optimal solutions for stakeholders.
• You possess strong English language skills (spoken and written); proficiency in German is advantageous.
