Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Act as an IT product owner for portfolio and roadmapping solutions at Infineon (e.g. CAPRI, IRMA)
• Assume ownership for the application lifecycle from design to development, testing and operations
• Work closely with stakeholders and users to understand business needs and use cases and transform them into meaningful requirements
• Design systems that are efficient, effective, scalable and valuable
• Drive DevOps culture & delivery in a cross-functional product team setting
• Navigate complex dependencies and create strategic roadmaps
• Act as a Project Manager for small and midsized IT projects

Your Profile
As an IT Product Owner for Portfolio & Roadmap Management Solutions, you are dedicated to the success the product team, our IT solutions and the organization. You possess a strong understanding of how innovation and system design supports and drives business value for Infineon. Moreover, you excel at fostering effective collaboration and building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or in a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in corporate IT or IT consulting
• Strong requirements engineering expertise - proven ability to gather, align, and prioritize diverse requirements in an agile environment, translating them into a coherent product backlog.
• Strong technical Skills - hands-on experience with modern web technologies and frameworks, along with deep knowledge of the software lifecycle and DevOps practices & tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional product teams and find smart solutions to complex problems.
• Agile project management skills - familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in UX design and usability is a plus
• Fluent English skills; German would be a big plus
