Vorwerk Engineering, part of the Vorwerk Group, invites you to lead the IT Product team and shape the vision for digital workplace services across the Group.

You will ensure secure, efficient operations of shared IT products, prioritize backlogs with stakeholders, and drive agile DEV & OPS delivery with a focus on collaboration and customer value.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in IT or comparable education.
• 5 years of experience in consulting and development of services and digital workplace and user support.
• Advanced requirements engineering skills and ability to translate business needs.
• Advanced IT product management skills.
• Strong teamwork, self-motivation and collaboration.
• Experience in supplier management.

Aufgaben

• Operate end-user–centric digital workplace and provide user support across the Vorwerk Group.
• Provide functional leadership of the IT Product team.
• Develop an IT Product vision aligned with target Enterprise Architecture and implement it in DEV & OPS.
• Ensure secure, stable and efficient operations of shared IT products using agile methods.
• Align stakeholder requirements with IT Product team priorities.
• Prioritize the IT Product backlog in coordination with IT counterparts.
• Manage resources within IT Product (finance & people).

Your Profile

• Ensuring the operation of the end-user–centric digital workplace and user support for the entire Vorwerk Group (all Vorwerk companies
• Functional leadership of the IT Product team
• Developing a concrete IT Product vision based on our target Enterprise Architecture and transporting it to the IT Product (DEV & OPS) team
• Accountable to ensure a secure, stable and efficient operations of our shared IT Products by applying agile methodologies
• Responsible to align requirements and requests from stakeholders, customers, and user interests and align within the IT Product team
• Responsible for the prioritization of the IT Product backlog in coordination with the IT counterparts
• Responsible for the Resource Management within the IT Product (Finance & People)
