Corporate Bank Technology - Commercial Banking

Our global team of 3000+ coders across 30 countries supports businesses in Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance, and Trust & Agency Services. CB Technology supports these through CIO-aligned teams and horizontal functions such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance, Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control.

As an IT Product Owner (m/f/x), you will work within an agile Scrum team to develop and implement new features for our products designed for small and medium-sized corporate clients within Deutsche Bank.

Your key responsibilities

1. Develop a product vision, requirements, and delivery roadmap for authentication, access, and entitlements of our mobile and online banking for business clients.
2. Collaborate with internal clients to plan and prioritize work based on expectations and needs. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to maximize value.
3. Lead squad members to develop business and technical solutions aligned with priorities and market needs.
4. Manage the entire lifecycle of technical product development and coordinate all relevant product requirements.
5. Act as a leader, instilling confidence in the squad and setting an example for the team.

Your skills and experiences

1. University degree with a focus on business, technology, or science, along with a strong track record in agile leadership of web and mobile application development.
2. Experience in financial technology and banking services.
3. Excellent communication skills, with an independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate visions into solutions.
5. Experience managing cross-functional teams across different locations and a high sense of responsibility.
