Qualifikationen

• 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung als IT Projektmanager oder IT Produktbesitzer.
• Kenntnisse in agilen Prozessen und Projektmanagementpraktiken.

Your mission

As IONITY we are developing and operating our own e-Mobility backend system and as an IT Product Owner you are responsible for a certain functional domain of this backend. You work closely together with the business and Product Owners of other functional domains, fully understand the product roadmap and translate this knowledge into further developing our backend.

1. Strongly influence the technical roadmap and its further development.
2. Translate product features into detailed technical user stories suitable for an agile development team to implement.
3. Create, maintain and organize the product backlog into incremental releases.
4. Set sprint goals, define acceptance criteria and write acceptance tests.
5. Coordinate with other product owners/managers to identify integration points across the functional domains while ensuring coherence of product and releases.
6. Lead and participate in all agile ceremonies.
7. Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
8. Analyze preferences and requests of internal customers.
9. Coordinate development services with external service providers.

Your profile

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
2. 1 - 3 years of professional experience as IT Project Manager, IT Product Owner.
3. Experience in Project Management practices – Agile / Waterfall and knowledge of agile processes and principles.
4. Very good communication skills in German and English.
5. Ability to lead cross-functional development team(s).
6. Motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics.
7. Smart mind and creative thinker.
8. Genuine interest in e-mobility industry.
9. Prior experience with payment or invoicing processes is a plus.
