For our IT Service Product Management department, we are looking for you as

at the Düsseldorf location

The IT Products department sees itself as an interface between the IT division and the specialist departments of KV Nordrhein in the area of billing. The focus of its activities is requirements management - i.e. the collection, design, optimization, prioritization and documentation of requirements for the software-supported support of business processes. The resulting projects as well as analysis and implementation projects are the responsibility of Product Management, which ensures that targets are met in terms of content, deadlines and budget. The department also plans the commissioning of the products together with IT application operations and organizes specialist tests and acceptances.

What you can expect :

• Responsible for the implementation and documentation of the technical requirements analysis including quality assurance as well as product-related projects and releases
• Planning and managing projects and controlling all relevant resources - including creating and tracking schedules and release plans as well as budget responsibility
• Coordinating, monitoring and controlling the implementation of requirements as part of releases and projects (e.g. user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, project communication)
• Controlling application operation as well as internal and external software development in project and regular operation
• Responsible for the entire life cycle of the supported products and associated services
• Supporting and advising the specialist departments on product-related issues and developing proposed solutions
• Creating tender documents for product developments in collaboration with Purchasing
• Ensuring the transfer of knowledge within the product-related teams and to the users
• Creating and maintaining product documentation

What you bring with you :

• Successfully completed studies, ideally with an IT focus, or comparable training in the IT environment or alternatively relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility
• Practical experience in project / product management or sound knowledge of modern project / product management methods with relevant practical experience in the IT environment
• Sound knowledge of modern IT technologies, especially in the Microsoft environment, as well as common processes and standards, e.g. ITIL Foundation, and agile development methods
• A recognized certificate in project management methods is desirable, e.g. IPMA D or higher, PMI, Prince2
• Ideally experience with billing procedures and process modeling in the field of billing
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, initiative and independence as well as a structured, methodical and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Confident appearance and confident presentation skills
• Very good written and spoken German (level C1)
