What the Job Looks Like

Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing a multi-disciplinary team towards common goals.
• Defining and documenting IT processes, roles, and responsibilities to align with business needs and IT strategy.
• Establishing and maintaining IT process governance, including policies, objectives, metrics, and controls.
• Monitoring IT process performance and quality, reporting results for IT Strategy and Portfolio processes.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and communicating changes effectively.
• Managing and training IT process stakeholders, including process owners, managers, practitioners, and customers.
• Ensuring IT process risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and compliance is maintained through audits.

What You'll Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT service, product, and project portfolio management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biotech.
• Certifications such as ITIL, IPMA, and/or SCRUM.
• Strong knowledge of digital portfolio management best practices, standards, and frameworks.
