The IT Business Development Team primarily supports over 40 Development Teams at ABOUT YOU Tech by structuring and optimizing their projects and processes. They collaborate closely with top management and Tech & Product Leads to achieve these goals. The team's projects include software selection, migrations, cost planning, IT investment cases, cost savings, process implementation, and change projects.

The Process Manager role involves supporting change management initiatives, such as organizational restructuring and new team formations. Responsibilities include implementing new processes, evaluating existing ones, moderating workshops (e.g., retrospectives, cross-team process improvements), and facilitating organizational change. Do you enjoy understanding diverse topics, processes, and people to provide optimal support? Are you interested in working with various stakeholders to enhance our operational speed?

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including team leads and development teams from ABOUT YOU and SCAYLE, gaining insights into their workflows.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by moderating retrospectives and other workshops aimed at process enhancement.
  • Facilitate team-building activities, cross-team workshops, lessons learned sessions, and sessions on agile/lean/Kanban practices.
  • Contribute to improving our tech organization through lean process optimization, automation, and organizational change management.
  • Act as a problem-solver and change agent, devising pragmatic solutions.
  • Assist as a JIRA administrator to streamline processes for tech and non-tech teams.
  • Gain insights across various teams and processes within the ABOUT YOU group, utilizing the latest technologies and tools to support over 40 tech teams.

Who you are

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in project management or process implementation.
  • You demonstrate initiative, solution-oriented thinking, business value focus, and creativity.
  • Organized and structured in your work approach.
  • Analytical and mindful in your decision-making.
  • Fluent in English (C2 level), both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agile/lean methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or Extreme Programming, possibly as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
  • Background in consulting.
  • Practical experience with JIRA & Confluence, including administrative knowledge.
  • Skills in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Experience in IT consulting.
  • Agile certifications or practical experience in agile processes.
  • Degree in Work/Business Psychology or related fields.
