Responsibilities

• Analysis, development and improvement of customized ITSM processes to ensure fast and target-oriented processes
• Identification of critical process weaknesses and finding solutions with the customer's specialist departments
• Acting as a link to the specialist teams and the customer/service-oriented departments
• Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the operational readiness of specific IT processes
• Reporting on defined SLAs and their KPIs to monitor and improve processes and implement quality assurance measures
• Conducting training courses for and with the support teams

Qualifications

• Completed IT studies or relevant professional experience in the IT operations environment
• Initial experience in IT project and IT process management
• ITIL or FitSM certification desirable
• IT know-how about infrastructure components such as client/server, storage, networks, virtualization technologies or services an advantage
• The ability to think your way into the system worlds and corporate contexts of our customer companies
• Empathetic and target group-oriented communication skills, team spirit and a highly structured and independent way of working
