Your profile:
Education: Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar education and training
Experience: Several years of relevant leadership experience, particularly in the context of agile software development teams (SAFe preferred)
Technical Skills: knowledge of development methods and software architecture esp. for the SAP Platform (SAP FI, FS-RI, FS-CD, RISE, BTP preferred)
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring, and empowerment
Communication Skills: Well-developed communication and conflict management skills
Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
