Job summary

Cyber Security training courses is seeking an IT/OT Security Manager to operate in a KRITIS/IEC62443/NIS2 framework within a hybrid Munich environment. You will govern IT/OT security, align with ISO27001, and manage compliance across industrial settings.

The role requires German C1+ and strong English, experience in industrial cybersecurity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to safeguard critical production and digital environments in Europe.

Qualifications

• German at C1+ level and strong English skills.
• Experience in IT/OT cybersecurity within industrial or KRITIS environments.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and KRITIS requirements.
• Experience with OT systems and industrial control environments.
• Comfortable engaging with technical and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT/OT security governance aligned with ISO27001 and IEC62443.
• Manage NIS2 and KRITIS compliance across industrial environments.
• Oversee risk management, audits, and security controls (BSI).
• Support incident response and vulnerability management for IT/OT systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams across sites.

IT/OT Security Manager (KRITIS/IEC62443/NIS2) - €100k - Munich (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• You will develop and maintain IT/OT security governance in line with ISO27001 and IEC62443
• You manage NIS2 and KRITIS compliance across industrial environments
• You will oversee risk management, audits, and security control frameworks (including BSI)
• You will support incident response and vulnerability management across IT and OT systems
• You will collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams across multiple sites

Required Skills:

• You have C1+ German and strong English skills
• You have experience in IT/OT cybersecurity within industrial or KRITIS environments
• You have strong knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and KRITIS requirements
• You have experience working with OT systems and industrial control environments
• You are confident engaging with technical and senior stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• You have certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
• You have experience with BSI IT-Grundschutz or similar German frameworks
• You have exposure to manufacturing, automation, or smart factory environments
