Responsibilities

• Configure laptops and accounts for new employees (Windows/macOS)
• Handle basic IT offboarding tasks
• Set up and manage office network and hardware (e.g., routers, printers, switches)
• Support mobile phone setup and configuration (iOS / Android)
• Troubleshoot IT issues for onsite employees
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• You hold a valid student visa and work permit for part-time employment in Germany

Required Skills

• Strong interest and hands-on experience in IT hardware/software support
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking
• English proficiency required, German is a plus
• Based in Düsseldorf or nearby and available to work onsite
