IT Netzwerkadministrator (m/w/d), Theisseil

Location: Theisseil, Germany

ATU, founded in 1985 in Weiden, is Germany's largest workshop chain with over 500 branches and approximately 9,100 employees. Our foundation is built on the unique combination of workshop and retail shop.

Responsibilities

1. Manage, operate, and optimize the network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, access points).
2. Perform error analysis and troubleshooting within 3rd Level Support and establish new solutions.
3. Document, manage errors, and monitor networks.
4. Act as the point of contact for external service providers in network and IT security.
5. Support diverse projects within national and international teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Passionate team player and IT enthusiast.
• Advanced knowledge in WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN/VXLAN, BGP/OSPF routing, VoIP.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Lancom.
• Solution-oriented, structured, and calm during critical operational situations.
• Fluent in German and English; willing to participate in on-call duties.

Additional Information

• Salary: from €45,000 to €55,000 annually.
• Permanent employment contract.
• 40 hours/week, part-time options available.
• Regular presence in Weiden in der Oberpfalz; mobile work up to 3 days/week.
• Monday to Friday, 5-day workweek.
