Summary
We are looking for an "IT-Network Security Manager (f/m/d)" for the "Infrastructure and Cloud Services" division at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

HENSOLDT IM (Information Management) forms the global IT of the HENSOLDT Group. With scalable and flexible architectures and business-oriented IT solutions, we enable the growth targets of the HENSOLDT Group. We provide innovative digital solutions for HENSOLDT's product portfolio and processes.

The "Infrastructure and Cloud Services" division is responsible for the design, provision and operation of the server and network infrastructure as well as for company-wide communication at the various locations and in the cloud. For specific projects, some of which are classified as confidential, the Infrastructure division also designs and operates self-sufficient IT environments within the HENSOLDT Group.

Your Tasks

• Design, implementation and operation of firewall infrastructures with Fortinet and Palo Alto technologies
• Setting up and securing networks in cloud environments (e.g. AWS), including firewall and access control mechanisms
• Developing and enforcing security policies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and taking into account industry-specific compliance requirements
• Analysis and mitigation of security-related incidents in the area of network & perimeter security
• Coordination of group-wide security projects at headquarters, cooperation with national and international subsidiaries
• Support with audits and certifications in accordance with industry-specific security standards (e.g. BSI basic protection, ISO / IEC 27001)

Your Profile

• Degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of IT security / network administration, ideally in a security-critical environment (KRITIS, defense industry, public administration or similar)
• Sound knowledge of firewall technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, PaloAlto, Panorama) Cloud security in e.g. AWS
• SD-WAN / VPN setups and IP routing protocols
• Experience with network architectures in large corporate structures and their special requirements for scalability, redundancy and compliance
• Certifications such as NSE 4-7, PCNSE, CCSP or comparable are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and a good command of written and spoken English
