IT Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Leadership of the local IT team (approx. 10 members) at the Denzlingen site, including disciplinary management, team development, and motivation
• Responsibility for the successful completion of the IT integration into the B. Braun Group, ensuring seamless integration and standardization of IT systems
• Assumption of technical and global responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the B. Braun Group, including oversight of an ERP system upgrade project
• Project management of IT initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of IT strategies and objectives at the Denzlingen site and within the global IT organization
• Identification and implementation of innovative technologies to improve and automate business processes
  
  

Your profile

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
• Proven experience in leading and developing IT teams
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong project management skills
• Hands-on mentality with a high level of responsibility and self-initiative
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
