Responsibilities

1. Designing and implementing IT solutions, considering customer-specific requirements
2. Ensuring all tools and systems function properly within your area of responsibility
3. Assessing requirements and advising departments and projects accordingly
4. Designing custom solutions as needed
5. Creating specifications and guidelines for service providers, users, and administrators
6. Managing IT projects, including system maintenance and operational deployment
7. Developing process descriptions and ensuring their implementation
8. Conducting market analysis on innovative trends
9. Leading or collaborating in IT committees and meetings
10. Managing service providers, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
11. Monitoring and maintaining central systems related to requirements engineering
12. Advising on the selection and application of engineering tools
13. Handling support requests from employees, customers, and development teams
14. Creating system documentation and instructions
15. Participating in cross-departmental IT projects
16. Developing scripts within IBM Rational DOORS and Rational Publishing Engine
17. Supporting the setup and development of IBM Rational tools

Requirements
