Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing IT solutions, considering customer-specific requirements
- Ensuring all tools and systems function properly within your area of responsibility
- Assessing requirements and advising departments and projects accordingly
- Designing custom solutions as needed
- Creating specifications and guidelines for service providers, users, and administrators
- Managing IT projects, including system maintenance and operational deployment
- Developing process descriptions and ensuring their implementation
- Conducting market analysis on innovative trends
- Leading or collaborating in IT committees and meetings
- Managing service providers, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
- Monitoring and maintaining central systems related to requirements engineering
- Advising on the selection and application of engineering tools
- Handling support requests from employees, customers, and development teams
- Creating system documentation and instructions
- Participating in cross-departmental IT projects
- Developing scripts within IBM Rational DOORS and Rational Publishing Engine
- Supporting the setup and development of IBM Rational tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Specialized training in infrastructure/applications
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with IBM Rational DOORS and Rational Publishing Engine
- Independent work style
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
- Good presentation skills and confident demeanor
- High commitment and flexibility
- Willingness to travel globally
