About the Role

This position involves managing a global team of experts working on projects for a 3D CAD platform (NX) integrated with Teamcenter. The team also manages the NX service worldwide, ensuring technical and financial efficiency. You will mentor team members, oversee project timelines and budgets, and maintain high quality standards.

Coordinate and manage a global team working on a 3D CAD platform (NX) and related services. Provide mentorship, ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget, and focus on quality.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead a global team of PLM domain and IT experts.
• Coach the team on Model Based Design (MBD), including strategic roadmaps and executive presentations.
• Advise on challenges of implementing MBD beyond tools, including business transformation.
• Work with Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) annotations and discuss related challenges with your team.
• Manage CAD NX services, focusing on quality and operational cost reduction.
• Build partnerships with business clients and software providers, understanding strategy and roadmaps.

What You Bring

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or similar.
• Over 10 years of IT experience, with more than 3 years in leadership roles managing multinational teams, especially in PLM and engineering applications.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD/CAM/CAE technologies and product design processes.
• Experience with CAD tools, preferably NX, and working with 3D models.
• Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change.
• Willingness to travel for global collaboration.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
• Fluency in English.
