Qualifikationen

  • 1-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der externen Prüfung, idealerweise in einer BIG4-Firma.
  • Fließend in Französisch und Englisch mit technischen Buchhaltungskenntnissen.

Aufgaben

  • Leitet Prüfungsengagements von Anfang bis Ende und beaufsichtigt das Team.
  • Pflegt gute Arbeitsbeziehungen zu Kunden zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Main mission

In collaboration with your manager, you will be in charge of a diversified client portfolio at national and international level. You will be responsible for achieving the successful delivery of your audit assignments and provide a high-quality service in a self-sufficient way while supervising your team.

Main responsibilities
  1. Runs client engagements from start to finish;
  2. Supervises, trains and mentors juniors and interns on audit process and assesses performance of staff for engagement reviews;
  3. Works with audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during audit process;
  4. Maintains a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and works with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services;
  5. Proactively interacts with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements;
  6. Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality;
  7. Attends professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.
Main requirements
  1. Master degree in Audit, Economics, Accountancy or Finance;
  2. From 1 to 4 years’ experience in External Audit, ideally in a BIG4 firm in Luxembourg;
  3. Familiar with Real Estate and Private Equity sectors;
  4. Knowledge of the Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements applicable to companies and investment funds is a plus;
  5. Fluent in French and English;
  6. Interested or has already started a professional qualification (IRE, OEC, ACCA, RICS..);
  7. Technical accounting skills with proficiency in ISA and IFRS;
  8. Proactivity, rigour and results-oriented;
  9. Excellent analytical and organisational skills;
  10. Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibilities inside our team.
