As we embark on the next phase of our transformation to improve our global HCM system, we are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Lead for E2E Processes in Workday. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HCM system, ensuring alignment with IT and HR processes. You will have oversight of IT implementation, configure the system, conduct testing, and manage the transition to go-live.

What you will do

  • Analyze and oversee detailed functional requirements in collaboration with HR and the implementation partner.
  • Configure the Workday HCM system to meet functional requirements and adhere to IT standards.
  • Ensure thorough testing to deliver a stable and reliable IT solution.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT colleagues, external consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and user guides.
  • Prepare IT operations for the Workday HCM solution.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HCM systems, with a strong background in functional configuration, implementation, and optimization.
  • Experience with Workday Platform or similar systems is highly desirable, along with certification for at least one Workday module. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of HCM system modules, including payroll, benefits, talent management, performance management, and learning.
  • Experience managing HCM system projects, including configurations, testing, and post-implementation support, along with proficiency in HCM reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
