Job summary

Harvey Nash Group seeks a Kinaxis Maestro Global Power User (m/f/d) to bridge business and IT across a global footprint. Location options include Böblingen, Germany or Tokyo, Japan, with a focus on shaping global supply chain planning processes.

You will serve as the global SME for Kinaxis Maestro, drive adoption, collaborate with Supply Chain and IT, lead international projects, and ensure a streamlined Maestro setup across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Proven bridge between business and IT with strong stakeholder management.
• Deep Kinaxis Maestro expertise, including configuration or design work.
• Solid understanding of S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global SME and primary Kinaxis Maestro contact.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of the planning solution.
• Partner with Supply Chain to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Interface between business functions and global IT teams.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with objectives and operational excellence.
• Support demand, supply, inventory, and simulations processes.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and validation activities.
• Deliver training to boost user adoption and system expertise.

Kinaxis Maestro Global Power User (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the global subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Kinaxis Maestro.
• Drive the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of the planning solution across global business teams.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Act as the key interface between business functions and global IT teams.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and simulation processes.
• Ensure an efficient, streamlined, and globally aligned Kinaxis Maestro setup.
• Lead smaller international and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Coordinate testing activities, support processes, and release validations.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to increase user adoption and system expertise.
• Support data integration, master data, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote collaboration and best-practice sharing across regions and functions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience acting as a bridge between business and IT, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep technical expertise in Kinaxis Maestro, ideally including hands‑on configuration, development, or solution design experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, especially S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and MRP.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP and/or Oracle.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
