Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle configuration, maintenance, and installation tasks. The role involves on-site and remote diagnostics, customer consulting and support within SLAs, and participation in infrastructure projects across Germany. You will attend internal training sessions and workshops in German and English, document technical processes, and configure, assemble, and install hardware solutions. Additionally, designing mobile rollouts (Android/iPhone) for end-user devices is part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist - System Integration (m/f/d) or similar.
2. Ideally, 3+ years of professional experience in IT support.
3. Proficiency with various ticket systems and Office 365 applications such as SharePoint, Planner, Teams, and Skype for Business.
4. Professional knowledge of hardware and software, especially Microsoft and Macintosh platforms, including MacBook, iPhone, and iMac.
5. Experience with JAMF is desirable.
6. High service orientation and strong communication skills in English and German.
7. High process understanding with an ITIL certification.
8. Advanced knowledge in video and image production.
9. Team spirit, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
