It is a pleasure to support a historic law firm located in the heart of the city, housed in spacious and comfortable offices. The firm offers a wide range of legal services, including Corporate M&A, Litigation, Banking & Finance, Tax, and IT / IP law.

Established many years ago, the firm has built a strong and loyal client base, which it serves with personalized and dedicated legal advice.

Despite working on high-profile and international cases, the firm maintains a human-sized team of around 60 collaborators. Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Lawyer – Law – Regulatory – IT – IP

• You will advise clients on data protection matters and ensure their compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations.
• Your responsibilities will include drafting , reviewing , and negotiating IT-related documents, such as contracts and service agreements.
• You will act in your clients’ best interests during pre-litigation phases and represent them in litigation proceedings.
• You may work closely with the litigation and corporate teams on cross-functional projects, ensuring legal alignment and strategic coordination.
• You will stay up to date with changes in data protection laws and contribute to the development of internal compliance strategies and training materials.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT / IP lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg , which will help you quickly adapt to your new environment.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• You are highly motivated and eager to further develop your expertise by working on complex and intellectually stimulating cases.
• You are a strong team player but also capable of working independently when needed.
• Organizational skills and a proactive mindset are key to being efficient and successful in this role.
