What you'll do
  • Drive the translation of strategic business requirements in the procurement area into actionable initiatives, including configuration and design tasks
  • Support in technical design and solution development in collaboration with Product Managers and Solution Architects
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions and improve product and service delivery outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing customer experience
  • Customize, maintain, and further develop software applications, including providing technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training
Who you are
  • Extensive consulting experience in a renowned global consultancy or a similar in-house position within a global organization, with a strong focus on Procurement and Materials Management processes, and a proven ability to adapt to modern, evolving business needs
  • Deep expertise in SAP systems, particularly SAP MM, with additional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other modules (e.g., SD, FI, PP)
  • Demonstrated experience in both traditional and modern business process management methodologies, including SAP ASAP, agile methods, ITIL, Solution Manager, as well as tools like Confluence and Jira
  • A forward-thinking, modern team player with a "can-do" attitude, capable of driving digital transformation, embracing innovation, and effectively bridging the gap between business and IT while engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English (German or additional languages are a plus) and open to regular international travel to Knauf sites
