Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Identifying synergies between information security, quality management, and data protection.
- Developing and improving an integrated governance framework for information security, considering relevant standards such as cGMP, data protection, and AI regulations.
- Collaborating with the risk manager and CISO to analyze and improve processes.
- Working closely with cybersecurity experts and supporting technical control implementations.
- Developing innovative concepts to enhance information security and data integrity within an international team.
- Leading projects to strengthen information security across Rentschler's operations.
- Training and raising awareness among internal stakeholders about information security.
- Monitoring compliance with the information security management system and advising the security team.
- Supporting internal and external audits globally.
- Analyzing and improving the key performance indicators for information security.

- Relevant educational background: Degree in business informatics or extensive experience in information security.
- Knowledge of standards like ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment, especially in computer system validation.
- Understanding of information security processes and quick adaptability to new topics.
- Proven project management skills.
- Responsible, analytical, and goal-oriented work style with high teamwork capability.
