Micron Technology in Munich seeks a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and support IT assets across our organization. You will maintain data center equipment, support Office 365 and Teams, and coordinate with remote IT groups to resolve tickets efficiently.

As a Field Service Technician at Micron, you will play a crucial role in supporting and troubleshooting a variety of IT assets. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science, or a similar field
• Several years of experience in Service Desk or Field Services technician positions
• Understanding and experience with the Windows environment (OS, SCCM, AD, O365, etc.)
• Business‑level English, intermediate German
• Valid German driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science, or a similar area
• Over 5 years of experience in Service Desk or Field Services technician positions
• Experience working in electronics laboratories
• Solid understanding of the Windows environment and Linux
• Basic knowledge of network administration
• Strong attitude towards teamwork
• Good communication skills
• Business‑level English, intermediate German
• Valid German driving license

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range that Micron estimates for this full‑time position is €44,000.00 – €80,000.00 per year. Benefits include a variable plan subject to the achievement of objectives and company performance, meal vouchers, corporate welfare, yearly allowance of remote working days, supplementary health insurance, life coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program.
