Micron is seeking a Field Service Technician to support and troubleshoot a range of IT assets, ensuring users have a seamless experience with their devices and software.

You will install, configure, and update PCs and portable devices, maintain IT rooms, support Office 365/Teams, open and coordinate tickets with remote groups, and help develop automation to boost task efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science, or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in Service Desk or Field Services technician positions.
• Understanding and experience with the Windows environment (OS, SCCM, AD, O365, etc.).
• Business-level English, intermediate German.
• Valid German driving license.

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Windows environment and Linux
• Basic knowledge of network administration
• Strong attitude towards teamwork
• Good communication skills

• Valid German driving license

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range Micron estimates for this full‑time position is €44,000.00 – €80,000.00 per year. Additional pay is determined by role, level, location, experience, education, and other factors, and may be subject to change based on business needs.

In addition to base pay, the remuneration package includes a variable plan based on personal and company performance, and discretionary benefits such as meal vouchers, corporate welfare, yearly allowance of remote working days, supplementary health insurance, life coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program.
