Micron Technology Munich is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to design and execute talent strategies that identify and attract top, diverse talent to drive business growth, vision and mission.

You will recruit external candidates for open roles, partner with senior leaders and HR to meet hiring needs, apply advanced sourcing techniques, and ensure an exceptional interview experience while aligning metrics with company objectives and operational demands.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in staffing, recruiting strategy, process, and execution, preferably in a global environment.
• Experience building rapport and interacting with essential team members and internal and external partners.
• Data driven capability – ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions.

• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment requiring innovation and adapting to a constantly evolving, ambiguous environment.
