These are your main tasks

We are looking for a committed and innovative personality to take responsibility for our IT and at the same time drive forward the digitalization and use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the company. This involves not only technical implementation, but also strategic support and close collaboration with the specialist departments and our partner companies. For us, digitalization is only 30% IT; 70% is about processes, workflows and change management. IT security and data protection are our top priority.

IT-Management & IT-Security

• Responsibility for the entire IT landscape of our company, also in cooperation with the Spherea Group
• Ensuring IT security and data protection according to current standards
• Cooperation with external IT service providers and partners
• Monitoring and optimization of IT processes

Digitization & AI-supported transformation

• Further development and implementation of our digitalization strategy
• Identification of potential for the use of AI and automation
• Close collaboration with the specialist departments for the digital optimization of business processes
• Selection and introduction of new digital technologies

Interface between IT and business

• Advising and supporting the departments in facing digital challenges
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Promoting an innovative and technology-open corporate culture
• Managing change processes and supporting employees in the digital transformation

These skills are needed

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT management, digitalization or IT security
• Very good knowledge of IT security concepts, data protection and infrastructure
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft world, MS365, Office 365, Excel
• Experience with digital transformation projects and modern technologies (cloud, AI, automation, etc.)
• High level of empathy for the needs of process owners
• Strong process understanding and analytical skills
• Business mindset
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics in an understandable way
• Open to innovations and new technologies, but with an eye on added value
• Assertiveness and ability to withstand and resolve conflicts
• Team player mentality with a solution-oriented approach
