IT Delivery Manager – IT Platform (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Drive a unified strategy for the IT Platform, aligning projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational synergy.
• Budget & Cost Control: Lead cost management, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Project Coordination: Ensure seamless integration and governance across projects.
• Contract & Vendor Management: Manage collaborations with external providers efficiently.
• Delivery of IT Services related to:
• The new Vorwerk Assist AI landscape (based on MS Azure)
• Automation (symphony AI)
• Github / DevOps
• Coordinate activities with service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance & Performance: Monitor KPIs and enforce SLAs.
• Participate in Service Management Chapter meetings.

• Bachelor's degree or IT specialist training with relevant experience and further education or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Service Management, preferably in Cloud & IT Platform technologies, within project or service delivery organizations.
• Experience working in IT product teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience managing external service providers.
• Clear and open communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English (business level).
• Strong team player, cooperative, with lateral leadership skills.
• Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation.
