IT Data Center Senior Specialist - Data Center Site Operations Manager (f/m/d)

What you’ll do:

Shaping the future of the Delos Cloud: In this pioneering role, you will play a key role in running Delos Cloud data center infrastructure.

Data Center Operations

1. As a DC Site Ops Manager, you manage daily operations of the data center site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, operational standards, and industry best practices.
2. Maintain high availability of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems, and manage escalations as needed to minimize downtime.
3. Document and drive alignment on dependencies, supplier contracts, success metrics, resource readiness, operational, supportability, and manageability criteria.
4. Drive accountability with building landlord to adhere to Delos Cloud service-level agreement.
5. Plan, partner, and work with business partners, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders when executing their requirements to maintain adherence to data center availability, safety, and security.

Service Delivery

1. Accountable for end-to-end service compliance, quality, and client satisfaction for the agreed-upon service levels.
2. Apply deep subject matter expertise and escalate where needed to meet SLA/OLAs with minimal disruption to the client/customer and business.

What you bring:

1. Strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, and networking systems, as well as experience with facilities management and critical systems operations.
2. Relevant experience in data center operations, with a proven track record of managing teams and maintaining critical infrastructure.
3. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex operational issues and improving existing processes.
4. Cloud enthusiast: You are passionate about cloud technology and excited about the opportunity to help shape the digital transformation of the public administration.
