Digital Technology GmbH is seeking a full-time IT Controller (f/m/d) to join our team in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This role is pivotal in shaping the energy transition through digital transformation across Europe, developing innovative ideas, and implementing sustainable technology solutions.

The Team & Your Impact

You will be part of the Controlling Technology Group, the central controlling partner for the entire Technology Group (IT). Your responsibilities include steering cost planning, reporting, and pricing processes, analyzing actuals versus budgets, and managing risk reporting. Your tasks include:

1. Ensuring budget adherence by providing transparency on financial KPIs and supporting budget owners with corrective measures.
2. Conducting midterm planning and forecasting, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
3. Understanding the commercial model and supporting the Technology Group in achieving financial targets.
4. Working with large data sets, optimizing finance processes, and driving digitalization initiatives.

Your Profile: Authentic & Open-minded

• Academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT controlling, SAP ERP/BI systems, and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and German (verbal and written).
• Analytical, strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
