Job Description

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and operating systems on a variety of devices, both remotely and on-site in Duisburg.
  • Provide comprehensive IT support for desktops, notebooks, mobile phones, industrial PCs, and tablets, including hardware replacement and software issue resolution.
  • Maintain and review documentation related to onsite services.
  • Offer remote support to clients at other locations.
  • Manage incident, service request, IMAC, and break & fix tickets to ensure high-quality IT support.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in IT support, with expertise in endpoint support, M365 applications, Intune/SCCM, Microsoft Exchange, and Teams.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies including AD, AAD, Microsoft 365, and Identity Management.
  • Experience in onsite service, endpoint and user support, remote support, and second-level support.
  • Expertise in managing Windows workstations/laptops and software support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, local applications, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
