What you'll do
- Provide digital solutions in New Product Introduction and Label Artwork Management to improve end-to-end processes.
- Join our team of IT experts and Process Managers in a BizDevOps setup to drive digital transformation.
- Manage IT solutions in label artwork and workflow management, supporting the full lifecycle of applications or products.
- Design solution concepts and manage projects in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions.

What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Label Artwork, NPI, or marketing content management.
- Experience in application management; knowledge of agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira; BizDevOps experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in process and workflow design, data management, and tools like SAP, Adobe Creative Suite, Wave, Esko, and other label artwork management systems.
- Strong team player with a hands-on approach, motivated to optimize and work in a dynamic environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate globally.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Position is flexible: full-time, part-time, or job-sharing.
