IT Consultant Duty Scheduling Software and Time Recording (m / f / d)

Strengthen our team! We are looking for customer consultants and project managers for various regions in Germany. In your role, you will be jointly responsible for the entire organization and implementation of software projects for our customers.

SIEDA : Who we are

We develop pioneering software for workforce scheduling and working time management. With our on-premises and cloud applications, HR managers can create duty rosters and shift plans quickly and easily. This allows us to significantly simplify our customers' HR organization.

Our company was founded in Kaiserslautern in 1993. We now have around 50 employees and more than 800 customers across Germany, mainly in the social and healthcare sectors as well as fire and rescue services.

Quality, satisfied customers and a strong team are equally important to us. We want to inform, inspire and convince our customers.

Your tasks

Your main tasks include :

  • Independent planning and implementation of software projects.
  • Focus of activities at our customers and in the home office, occasional presence at the company location in Kaiserslautern.
  • Technical support for customers in the areas of rostering and time management.
  • You will work closely with external and internal managers and ensure the flow of information to all parties involved.

Your profile

You have the following qualifications :

  • Experience : You have already gained experience in IT projects or have worked as a user of duty roster / time management software.
  • Know-how : You have very good IT user knowledge and very good written and spoken German.
  • Confidence : You have an engaging manner, are communicative and enjoy working with people.
  • Reliability : You have a talent for organization, are willing to travel, flexible and very reliable and always meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team : You work independently and are always team-oriented.
