YOUR TASKS

• Serve as the key interface between the IT department and various business areas within the company, emphasizing strong relationship management.
• Manage business partners with transparency, effective communication, and fluency, prioritizing business needs and IT alignment.
• Handle demands from different company areas, develop business cases, and present them at IT project portfolio meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the management and control of overarching IT programs, with a focus on business impact and value delivery.
• Plan internal and external resources for demand analysis coordinating with IT departments, business units, and external service providers to meet business requirements.
• Generate innovative ideas to enhance business operations and drive innovation with agile teams, fostering collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
• Having a clear understanding of the corporate strategy and aligning global needs with the capabilities and strategy of the IT department.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT business relationship management, particularly in large organizations.
• Strong business process knowledge and understanding of business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt language based on the audience and stakeholders, focusing on business outcomes.
• Proficient in analytical capabilities to assess business impact and value.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
