Responsibilities
- Translate CGM's business strategy for the assigned units into a clear, value‑driven IT demand and project roadmap.
- Act as the primary contact for business leaders on all IT topics, capturing requirements, pain points, and opportunities in a structured way.
- Steer demand and portfolio management for the business areas, ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, funded, and staffed.
- (Co‑)sponsor key IT projects, monitor progress against scope, budget, and timeline, and drive UAT, change management, and go‑live readiness on the business side.
- Analyse processes, services, and KPIs to derive concrete improvement measures, always keeping compliance, information security, and sustainable digitalisation in focus.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as an IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Product Owner, or in a similar role, ideally in a regulated environment such as healthcare.
- Excellent academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of business and IT architectures, applications, infrastructure, integration, and security, with confident use of modern project and product management methods and tools (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS365).
- Fluent German and business‑proficient English to communicate credibly with stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a highly analytical and conceptual mindset, a clear value and outcome orientation, and the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and influence in a matrix organisation.
