Your Tasks – What You can expect as IT Business Partner FICO (f / m / d) :

1. You identify and analyse business requirements as well as conception of creative and innovative IT solutions, taking into account strategic goals.
2. You identify process gaps and improvement potentials, implement them in alignment with the different stakeholders.
3. You develop global solutions and architectures with the aim of further increasing the degree of automation, e.g. through RPA or workflow automation.
4. You ensure the compliance of SAP FI / CO processes with the defined templates as well as of Finance process excellence under the utilization of Celonis as a process mining tool.
5. You are part of our digital transformation program, coordinate with the execution team to get the new digital vision as well as new demands prioritized and implemented.
6. You lead global project activities in an agile working mode in the area of Finance and Controlling.

Your Profile – What do You bring as IT Business Partner FICO (f / m / d) :

1. You have at least a relevant Bachelor of Science degree; a Master or MBA degree is preferred and 7+ years of work experience as a Senior Consultant (w / m / d) with Finance and Controlling background.
2. You are highly motivated to continuously learn and open-minded for new technologies in Finance.
3. You bring profound knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules in a SAP ECC and / or SAP S / 4 Hana environment.
4. You have profound communication skills in English (German is a plus) to manage different management levels to ensure buy-in of proposed solutions as well as project management experience in a global environment.
5. You are willing to travel approx. 20% (Home base in Siegburg).
